The rent is for the entire house, you will be the only guests. In addition to the house, you can also enjoy the garden, picnic area, parking area and the surroundings.

During the summer months, reservations are only accepted for a minimum of 6 nights . For very long stays, check prices.

The house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. We also have a sofa-bed that can sleep two additional people. A cot can be added upon request to the downstairs bedroom.

 

The supplement for using the sofa-bed is € 20 / night (Includes pillows, sheets, and towels). We can also provide a crib with the corresponding bedding and the highchair for € 10 / per night.

 

The maximum occupancy of the house is therefore 8 people + a baby using the cot.

Pets are accepted only upon prior request , with a supplement of € 20 per stay , provided they meet the following rules: Maximum 2 animals. We ask that you never leave your pet alone in the house, when you are absent take it with you. Avoid getting on sofas and beds. Please clean up any dirt they may cause. We do not provide mattresses for pets, they must bring their own bed and food utensils.

Bachelor parties and similar parties are not allowed.

Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. and check- out before 11 a.m. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. Details are provided when booking. Cancellation will be free up to 1 month before the date of entry.
